What we unfortunately cannot answer
- Personal investment, tax or legal advice. We may not and do not want to answer questions like “Which exchange suits me?” or “Should I buy now?” individually. That requires a licence and someone who knows your whole situation. Our tools and criteria help you decide for yourself.
- Support for exchanges, apps or wallets. Contact the provider directly – and only via its official website or app, never via links from emails, ads or social networks.
- Lost bitcoin or wrong transfers. Bitcoin transactions cannot be reversed, and without the seed phrase nobody can restore a wallet. Anyone who promises otherwise wants to defraud you.
How to recognise genuine messages from us
Important for your security
- We will never ask for your seed phrase, private keys, passwords or 2FA codes.
- We will never contact you on our own initiative via messengers (WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal etc.), social networks or by phone.
- We do not manage money, accept payments or offer investments or “recovery”.
- Emails from us only come from addresses ending in @blockchain21.net.

Why there is no contact form
A contact form would create additional data on our server. An email from your own mailbox is simpler, and you keep a copy. What happens to your message is explained in our privacy policy. Please do not send us sensitive data.
